DeltaCal & TetraCal Service & Calibration

Effective June 23, 2026, all service, calibration, and repair for DeltaCal and TetraCal instruments is handled by TPF Control, Mesa Labs' authorized service partner based in the Netherlands.

1. Email TPF Control at service@tpf-control.nl
2. Include: product model, serial number, description of the issue or service needed, and any relevant photos or documentation
3. TPF will acknowledge your request and send you an RMA number and shipping instructions
4. Ship the unit only after receiving your RMA number — do not ship to Mesa Labs
5. TPF completes the work and ships the unit back to you directly

No. After June 23, 2026, Mesa Labs no longer accepts DeltaCal or TetraCal units for service or calibration. Please contact TPF Control directly at service@tpf-control.nl.

Complaints received by Mesa Labs through June 23 will be coordinated with TPF for resolution. All requests submitted after June 23 should go directly to TPF.

• Relevant photos, files, or supporting documentation (if applicable)
• Purchase order number (if required by your organization)

After completing the required evaluation, service, calibration, or repair, TPF Control will ship the unit directly back to you along with the applicable calibration certificate.

All product complaints after June 23, 2026 should be directed to TPF Control at service@tpf-control.nl. All complaints are recorded and reviewed under TPF's quality procedures. Complaints received by Mesa Labs prior to June 23 will be coordinated with TPF for resolution.

Yes. TPF Control holds ISO/IEC 17025:2017 accreditation under the Dutch Accreditation Council (RvA), a signatory to the ILAC Mutual Recognition Arrangement (ILAC MRA). This means:

• Calibration results are recognized as equivalent across all ILAC MRA member countries, including the United States
• All work meets EPA air monitoring requirements for traceability and technical validity
• Calibration is traceable to SI units consistent with NIST traceability principles

Yes. Mesa Labs has managed this type of partner transition with other product lines before. TPF Control's ISO/IEC 17025:2017 accreditation is the internationally recognized standard, and their certificates carry the same regulatory weight.

For customers with auditors or compliance teams requiring formal documentation, please refer to the Accreditation Statement (Appendix B of the Customer Notification Letter). This is available from your Mesa Labs account manager or by emailing customerservice@mesalabs.com.

NIST does not approve individual laboratories or certificates directly. However, TPF Control's calibrations are traceable to SI units in a manner consistent with NIST traceability principles. ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation by an ILAC MRA notified body (such as RvA) satisfies EPA air monitoring requirements for calibration traceability and technical validity.

No change. All new build orders for DeltaCal, TetraCal, and related accessories continue to be placed directly through Mesa Labs — the same as before. Submit purchase orders to your account manager or customerservice@mesalabs.com.

Orders for all of these continue through Mesa Labs. Service and calibration for all units is directed to TPF Control effective June 15, 2026.

TPF Control is a Mesa Labs authorized calibration and service partner with over 20 years of experience. They are fully capable across gas flow, temperature, pressure, and humidity measurement, and hold ISO/IEC 17025:2017 accreditation under the Dutch Accreditation Council (RvA).
