Our Lakewood, Colorado facility provides factory-certified service, repairs, and recertification to original product specifications. Our medical product lines are manufactured and maintained under ISO 13485-certified procedures to ensure quality and technical standards are met.  

We recommend annual service and calibration for all our meters*. As the only factory-certified facility for our products, we make it easy to send your meters in for service. Simply fill out the service order form linked on this page and enclose it with your meter when you ship it to us.  

*Please note that Phoenix XL meters do not need to be sent in for calibration. Use the Phoenix XL form linked on this page to request a new module each year for updates.
