Mesa Labs is currently in the process of replacing its ERP (accounting) and CRM (customer relationship management) systems with one combined system. In order to complete this change, we will be limited to phone calls and emails with very limited access to posting activities (sales order entry, PO entry/receiving, shipping, posting of payments and invoicing) October 1st through the 5th; please plan your orders/shipments accordingly.
As part of this new system you will experience alterations to existing customer numbers, and you may see changes on the appearance of statements and documentation as well as a reduction in the number of statements you receive from Mesa Labs as product lines will now be combined. Your statement cycle will not change.
This new system will provide Mesa Labs with greater flexibility, growth capabilities, and you with a much better customer experience overall. You will receive a new Mesa customer number and it will appear on your quotes, sales order confirmations, invoices, and statements.
